Hardcore Chopper Concepts is a small business that caters to the needs of Harley owners in East  Tennessee and the surrounding tri state area as well as a small amount of walk in business. Hardcore Chopper Concepts was established on June 1st 1999 and has grown in local popularity since.            

We have a close relationship with Smith Brothers Harley Davidson and work side by side with them to repair Harley Davidson painted parts, parts no longer available from the factory, modified parts and fully custom bikes at a competitive price. All work is done with a safety first attitude and a show winning level of attention to detail.

Smith Brothers Harley Davidson was established in 1987 and consists of a very knowledgeable crew of people. Members of the Smith Brothers team live the motorcycle enthusiast life and pursue interest like riding, building custom bikes, collecting memorabilia and knowledge in specific part application.

Smith Brothers Harley Davidson has always been a family owned and operated business and continues on today by Jason smith, David Smith and Chris Smith. Located in Johnson City Tennessee it is surrounded by some of the most beautiful riding areas in the country. Smith Brothers Harley Davidson has an extensive history in Harley Davidson Motorcycles and racing. Although the Brothers are retired from racing they continue to build race bikes and race locally as a hobby.
